Take Charge of Your Career

  • San Francisco, CA (map)

Get the support you need to take charge of your career path while staying true to who you are and what matters most to you.

In our work with thousands of women, we often hear how difficult it is to figure out what’s next on your career path and how to get there. With so much noise out there about what you “should” be doing to be successful and fulfilled, you can easily start to doubt yourself. And whether you have zero work prospects or two-hundred, overwhelm and uncertainty can set in. You feel like you’re stuck and that you need to figure it all out on your own

What will you get out of one day with Inside Out Incubator?

You will re-discover the power of listening to and trusting yourself. You’ll leave feeling energized and in charge of creating your own path to success.

By taking a holistic view of your career as it relates to the rest of your life, you will:

  • Uncover the unique set of values that drive you.

  • Identify roadblocks that stand in the way of your professional evolution and strategies to rise above them.

  • Discover your strengths as a leader and how you can express them at work and in life.

  • Learn tools and frameworks for taking charge of your career.

  • Feel engaged, motivated, confident, and inspired - by yourself and by a room full of rad women.

The work of figuring out your ideal career path can feel daunting but you do not have to settle for a stagnant, joyless, soul-sucking job. There is another way.

Isn’t it time to get clear about with you really want?

Imagine what it will feel like to hit the pause button on all the noise out there. To tune into the voice of your deepest wisdom and allow THAT to guide you to what’s next. How refreshing it will be to discover it alongside other women who are equally hungry to step into the biggest version of themselves and lead.

I’m leaving feeling confident that I can design the life and career that I want and pass that empowerment along to other women.

our story

Before we (Gina and Alicia, co-founders and resident lady bosses) became coaches and formed Inside Out Incubator, we both grappled with overwhelm and confusion in our careers. Gina worked in tech (primarily at Twitter) for years. She was near the top of the organizational “ladder,” was making more money than she’d ever made in her career, and she was inexplicably… unhappy. And she felt like a privileged jerk for feeling that way.

Alicia had a winding career path, doing everything from running her own wedding planning business to being a farmer. In an economic downturn in 2009, she took the ONLY job she could find in digital advertising for a small agency. That one move started a sky rocketing career in digital advertising. Fueled by the so-called promise of rising in the corporate ranks, she advocated for a big promotion which she ultimately turned down. She too felt like a jerk for saying “no” to the thing she thought she really wanted.

We both found our way into coaching and were introduced by a mutual friend. We quickly hit it off and discovered a shared interest in helping women with their careers. As newly established solo-preneurs we were daunted by the thought of always having to “go it alone” in business. We got excited about the prospect of co-creating something that would be relevant to ALL women, regardless of age, experience, or organizational level. Something that would supercharge women from the inside, out;)

That was 2.5 years ago. Since then we’ve reached thousands of women with our professional development and leadership programs. Both of us have never been happier in our careers.
