Alicia Jabbar, CPCC, ACC is a certified executive coach who works with individuals stepping into big changes by choice or circumstance. Her experience translates to teams in high growth environments where roles and requirements for success change quickly. She builds a space of trust with clients easily and creates a foundation to explore tough questions playfully. She brings both grace and firm candor to her client engagements.

Prior to coaching, Alicia built a career at a high-growth advertising technology company leading teams across both product management and partnerships. Her clients included top-tier Silicon Valley companies including Google, Pinterest, Twitter, Yahoo, and Amazon. Her former company grew more than 10x and was successfully acquired by a Fortune 500 company during her tenure. She is driven equally by leveraging technology and logic to solve problems and by building meaningful and lasting relationships.

When she’s not coaching, she is unplugged in the mountains, cooking a fresh meal in the kitchen, or cuddled up with a good book.
