Alicia Jabbar, CPCC, PCC is an executive coach and facilitator that partners with individuals, organizations, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Alicia works with leaders to identify their strengths and individual values. Once identified, she guides clients to leverage that unique footprint to both enhance their leadership profile within an organization and to increase their capacity as a leader. She helps clients understand where they are getting in their own way and partners with them to build skills and ignite behavior change required for their next level of leadership.
In addition to her one on one work with individuals, Alicia partners with companies to design and facilitate training programs to satisfy co-identified learning goals. She is also the co-founder of Inside Out, an organization that provides experiences that challenge women to turn up their volume and facilitates the Interpersonal Dynamics course ("Touchy Feely") offered at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Prior to coaching, Alicia built a career at a high-growth data technology company leading teams across both product management and partnerships. Her clients included top-tier technology companies including Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Twitter, Yahoo, and Amazon. She was part of the initial team at Datalogix that sold to Oracle in 2015 at a 33X return to investors.
When she’s not coaching, she is unplugged in the mountains, cooking a fresh meal in the kitchen, or cuddled up with a good book.
