CAREER PATHWAY PROGRAM
A virtual 6 month program that will give you the support you need to stop running in place and start moving towards a destination that satisfies you.

In this program you will step off of the path that you know isn’t cutting it and step into a bigger, bolder version of yourself and your future.
You will trust yourself to navigate the path in front of you through repeated action
You will see your “impossible” dream as an achievable reality and make meaningful progress towards putting it into motion
The best part? You won’t have to go it alone. You’ll have the individualized guidance and support of two executive career coaches.
We’re going to give you all of the most valuable secrets we’ve learned from a combined experience of a decade of career coaching in just 6 months. Get ready.

Location independent. All group calls and coaching sessions will be LIVE over Zoom.
START DATE - Wednesday Oct 23rd, 2019
END DATE - Wednesday April 1st, 2020
Weekly 60-minute group video calls (tentatively scheduled for Wednesdays from 12:00pm-1:00pm PT)
Monthly 30-minute 1:1 private coaching sessions with your own dedicated career coach (Gina or Alicia)
One 60-minute private coaching session at the start of the program and one at the end to customize your experience.
On-demand email support from coaches in-between weekly sessions
Written exercises in-between group calls
Action and accountability designed by you with the support of the group
